Accessing Salem Outreach Services
Salem Outreach is dedicated to addressing the needs of our community through partnerships with local government social services and non-profit organizations. Salem WEST does not accept direct referrals. To request a referral to Salem WEST, please reach out to your social worker, school collaborative worker, or any agency you are associated with, such as Lutheran Social Services, Bridges of Hope, Northern Pines, HOPE (Healing Opportunity Provided Equally), Mid-Minnesota Women’s Center, Nystrom and Associates, among others.
Once the referral is made, Salem will work directly with the client to fulfill their request to the best of our ability. Our delivery area is limited to Crosby, Ironton, Deerwood, within the city limits of Aitkin, Brainerd, Baxter.
We are able to help with the following items:
- Beds (Queen, Full, Twin, Toddler, and Crib) including mattress, box-spring, and frame,
- Night stands, end tables, dressers,
- couches, living room chairs/recliners,
- kitchen tables and chairs,
- Kitchen Items :dish sets, pots/pans, baking dishes/pans, silverware, utensils,
- bedding (sheets, blankets, comforters), towels, pillows,
- clothing, and shoes.
We are NOT able to help with King size beds, washers, dryers, refrigerators, water heaters, TVs, propane tanks, vehicles, home repair, or rent/financial assistance.
